Maryland Roof Pros provides marketing and request routing for Maryland roofing inquiries. Calls and forms are directed to a licensed, insured independent contractor serving the requested area. Maryland Roof Pros does not perform the roofing work. The serving contractor confirms availability, price, permit handling, warranties, and contract terms in writing.

Maryland requires all-party consent for call recording under Cts. & Jud. Proc. § 10-402. A call may be recorded only after a clear notice is provided. Continuing after that notice indicates consent to the recording.

The serving contractor may photograph observed storm damage and prepare an itemized scope. Your insurer decides coverage, and no claim result or approval is promised.

Maryland home-improvement contractors are licensed by the Maryland Home Improvement Commission, and each home-improvement advertisement must contain the contractor name and MHIC license number. To the extent permitted by law, Maryland Roof Pros is not responsible for an independent contractor’s acts or omissions, property damage, insurance outcomes, delays, missed appointments, price changes, permit issues, weather effects, or damages connected to the construction service. Questions about performed work belong with the contractor that agreed to provide it.
